New life

Been away for a while.

New life began as a student. Coming 6 weeks. Feeling good and enriching.

Things that have changed as I'm a student.

1) Watch very closely my spending.
2) Slightly more time for sleeping
3) Spend 30 mins every morning browsing through newspaper to look out for interesting NEWS.
4) Paying attention to more design related stuff everywhere i go.
5) I can make my own notebook!!!

Things that have NOT changed .

1) My table is still in a mess
2) Not enough Money to spend as usual.
3) There is still Tons of items i wanna buy.

Currently im piled with school projects and freelance works as well. juggling them both its somehow more difficult than when im working.
Upon waiting for my Macbook Pro, im sourcing out where are the other means of getting applications. anyone have any clue please let me know. Thanks!

An annual gig-ing event where local band play Japanese music to promote the Japanese culture in Singapore. Cosplayers will be roam around too..

Timing will be as follows:

Weekend vacancy : 2pm
Rayve : 3.30pm
LEMON : 4.40pm
QUIS : 6.25 pm
Saiko Sex : 8.30pm

a time like this

I somehow don't understand how people think these days.

how could you leave for a holiday at a time like this.
we are all struggling to pull through this.
you even reject my leave. I don't understand.. Im needed to be around. so that you can go for holiday.

Yes, its every man for himself. But why am I always the one that is for not himself..
sick of being the "good guy" ..

There is really not a bit of reason for me to stay here anymore.

penciling down

Im finally pencil-ing down thoughts

on a dry friday afternoon.
looking at pictures of peoples' past.
sudden urge of scribbling kicks in.
did a piece of visual and a short lines of words.

after half a book of mindless notes, i finally utilize my moleskin properly.
thinking of getting a new one for small inspiration needs.

couple of hours away to head down to Victoria Theater for the opening of Arts Fest 2010 : Fire Garden Installation. but the weather doesn't look promising. Hope it doesn't rain later.

I just did a recce when i walked from MICA to esplanade with Ivanna. There were swings, stages, pathway created from empty pots stacked. and lastly the installation which will be on flames later.



come to think of it.. too bad yesterday i didnt thought of here. We were out shooting for lipings's wedding photos. and cos of the time management we had to give up 1 day shoot venue and change to 2 night shoots. If i had know there were swings over here, would have brought them over . damn. Nevertheless, it was a good shoot after all that tiredness, aching body and sore hips.

(i cant take any shots as the photographer doesn't allow me to do so, therefore i could only take some snipshots with my iphone.)












the shoot ends at Helix bridge. Apparently there are still lotsa construction work going on, so if u are looking to shoot more stuff u gotta wait awhile longer. =)

guess its almost time that lyn arrived .
